How we help

Who can be sponsored
Residents commonly sponsor a spouse and children. Sponsoring parents or other relatives is treated differently and has stricter conditions. Eligibility depends on your visa category, profession, salary and housing, and these rules can change, so we confirm the current conditions with you first.
Documents we usually ask for
- Sponsor's passport, residence visa and Emirates ID
- Tenancy contract or proof of accommodation
- Salary certificate or employment contract, as applicable
- Attested marriage certificate for a spouse
- Birth certificates for children
- Passports and passport-size photos of the family members
How it works
Send us your situation on WhatsApp. We list exactly what your case needs, tell you what to attest or translate, and then help you through the online application. For a full explanation of the process, read our Family Visa Dubai guide.
Clear salary guidance for customers
For spouse and child sponsorship, QuickDocs uses AED 4,000 as the clear customer-facing minimum. If a labour contract shows AED 3,000 total salary, do not assume the case qualifies automatically; ask us to check the exact employment and accommodation position.
Children and certificate language
A resident can normally sponsor sons up to age 25 and unmarried daughters without the same age limit. Certificates already issued in English or Arabic should not automatically be sent for translation; documents in other languages may need an applicable legal translation depending on the application.
Inside UAE vs outside UAE family visa
A new family visa application is not identical in every case. If the family member is outside the UAE, the entry-permit route is used before completing the residence steps. If the family member is already inside the UAE, the application route and applicable government charges can differ. Tell us where each dependent is currently located so we can prepare the correct application.
Employee, investor or partner sponsor
Family sponsorship is not limited to salaried employees. Investor and partner residence holders can also have family-sponsorship routes. Instead of an employee's salary/employment documents, partner or investor cases can require company documents such as the partnership agreement or Memorandum of Association (MOA), trade licence and partner-related company documents, depending on the case.
Parents sponsorship and tenancy
Parent sponsorship has additional conditions. Current GDRFA Dubai guidance lists an attested tenancy contract suitable for the number of family members, together with sponsor financial/employment evidence and other documents. We therefore check the tenancy/Ejari and the sponsor category before preparing a parents application.
Birth certificates for children
For a new child family-visa case, prepare the child's birth certificate early. GDRFA's family entry-permit requirements list an attested birth certificate, so a foreign-issued certificate may need the applicable attestation route before the visa application can proceed.
Some application categories can involve a financial guarantee or security deposit in addition to normal visa fees. In our operational cases, the amount can be AED 3,000 per person for certain new family-visa applications and may be refundable after the relevant visa is cancelled, subject to the authority's rules and the specific case. We confirm the applicable system amount before quoting rather than presenting it as a universal charge.
